Joining our team as Executive Chef is Chef Ifham Shafi. With 18 years of experience both locally and internationally, Chef Ifham brings a fresh new energy and creativity to the menu through a variety of international cuisines and flavours. His experience has taken him across the Middle East and South East Asia to international 5 Star Hotels and Restaurants such as Jumeriah Emirates Towers, Dubai, Al Murooj Rotana Hotel, Dubai and Yas Island Rotana, Abu Dhabi. He brings an expertise and passion for Mediterranean, American Fusion, Middle Eastern and South East Asian cuisines through his time working with internationally renowned chefs in UAE, Oman, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
